[세계뉴스 탁병훈 기자] 3일 10시 25분 윤석열 대통령의 비상계엄이 선포되고 국회에서 무력화까지 155분(2시간 35분)이 소요됐다. 이날 국회 본의장에는 더불어민주당 172명, 국민의힘 18명 등 190명이 참석했다.
