[세계뉴스] 조홍식 기자 = 성동구(구청장 정원오)는 아파트 공동체 활성화와 투명한 아파트 관리문화를 정착하고자 관내 공동주택을 대상으로 아파트 마을공동체 주민리더 양성 교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

구는 2016년 공동주택 공동체 활성화사업에 선정된 24개 단지의 입주자대표회의 회장 및 관리소장을 비롯한 아파트 공동체 활성화 단체장을 대상으로 제2회 아파트 마을공동체 리더 양성 아카데미를 진행한다.

오는 6월 1일까지 총 6회로 구성된 이번 교육은 아파트 공동체 의의, 공동체 리더 동기부여, 법령에 따른 공동체 활성화, 아파트 공동체 활동 우수사례, 활성화 프로그램 기획 등 다양한 주제를 담고 있다. 주민들이 지역의 리더로서 역할 할 수 있도록 기획되었다.

정원오 구청장은 “아파트 공동체 리더 양성교육을 통해 주민 스스로 주체가 되어 단지별 맞춤형 공동체 활성화 사업을 계획하고 추진할 수 있기를 바란다. 아파트 활동가들의 역량이 강화돼 더불어 사는 아파트 문화를 정착시키는 주역으로 활동하기를 기대한다”고 말했다.  

한편 7월부터는 찾아가는 아파트 주민리더 교육도 예정되어 있다.
